We have already featured some of the fun iCade gaming controllers for the iPhone and iPad, the latest one has been inspired by an NES controller, the iCade 8-Bitty.
The iCade 8-Bitty connects to your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad via Bluetooth, and it features a directional pad, two shoulder buttons, four face buttons and a select and start button.

ThinkGeek has a new controller for iOS fans, one that wants you to take your fingers off the screen and play classic games the way they were meant to be played when games were measured in bits: with a controller. The iCade 8-Bitty looks like an NES controller and plays like its successor, the controller for the SNES.

Rumor: next-gen Xbox controller might have a touchscreen too

We know gamers are clamoring for some news on the next Xbox. Today’s crazy rumor comes from a nugget in Xbox World Magazine that claims Microsoft is at least prototyping a controller with a touchscreen flanked by traditional 360 analogs, buttons and triggers. If that sounds like the Wii U’s controller, you’re not alone.

50-Dollar Follow Focus DSLR Lens Controller (video)

Anyone that uses a stabilising mount with their DSLR and is looking for an easy way to control their focus without losing stability. Might be interested in the new design which is currently over on the Kickstarter website, looking to make its jump to production.
The 50-Dollar Follow Focus as its called has been designed by Wiley Davis, and has already been pledged nearly $70,000 with still 17 days to go. Davis originally asked for help raising just $10,000 to kickstart his project but, overwhelming interest has help his dream come true early. Nintendo adds NFC technology to its Wii U tablet controller

Nintendo shook things up in the gaming world once again by announcing that it’s Wii U controller knows a new trick: Near Field Communication (NFC). With contact-less tech, Nintendo plans to create new gaming experiences with NFC cards, figurines and even have the controller accept micro payments.
